AGENDA FOR ROGERS COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING

As required by Title 25, Section 311 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Rogers County Election Board will hold a Regular meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 5:45 p.m.

The place and address of the meeting will be the County Election Board office, 415 W 1^st Street, Claremore, Oklahoma.

AGENDA

Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the County Election Board at the above mentioned meeting:

1. Discuss and approve minutes for the meeting held February 11, 2022, Regular Meeting.
2. Process Absentee ballots for the April 5, 2022, Regular Election Rogers County for a Catoosa, Sequoyah, Oologah, Owasso and Verdigris School Board Election and City of   Catoosa Bond Election.
3. Canvas Returns for April 5, 2022, Regular Election Rogers County for a Catoosa, Sequoyah, Oologah, Owasso and Verdigris School Board Election and City of   Catoosa Bond Election.
4. Approve Substitute Ballots
